Are you ready for this?

Okay Ryan has only ever had one style hair cut. This is because he has two swirlies going the opposite direction on the back of his head. His hair only grows one way. He has only had this hair cut style that is in the picture. Well Aron and Marcus are getting older and want a "stylist" to cut their hair. I found a really great lady who owns a beauty shop with another girl and Aron and Marcus both have been to Kathy. The other lady is Jessica. I like to take all 4 boys and just get it over with,that's why they all go to the barber. So anyway, Aron and Marcus went to get their hair cut and I just decided that Ryan and Michael would get their hair cut too. Since Jessica wasn't busy. Well she cut Michaels hair and it was Ryan's turn. She asked me what I wanted done with it and I said well what you see is what you get. I have never had anything else different done with it. I asked her what she wanted to do with it and she said she wanted to cut it all off. So I asked Ryan and he said that he didn't care. Well you know what's coming now. You guessed it. Off it all came!! He looks like a different kid. Much older which doesn't help me at all, cause that makes me older but then again what can you do for a boy who's 11 and in 6th grade?
So what's your vote? Long or spiky?

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2008

Hard to believe that 2007 has come and gone. It never seems to amaze on just how fast time flies. I am convinced that after you graduate high school your foot somehow hits the fast forward button and your off. I can not wait to see what this year holds for us. I am looking forward to it. Although that means me getting older but that's okay. I've come to grips that there is no avoiding getting older.....ugh! LOL. I hope and pray that everyone has a very happy and healthy new year.

New Bedsets for the boys

So the boy's got new bed sets from us and Dave's mom and dad. I went and made their rooms up while they were busy Christmas Eve. Dave thought it would be fun for them to sleep in their new beds. Michael is a HUGE Payton Manning fan so we got him a Indianapolis Colts bed set.
Ryan is my lego lover so he got a Bionicle bed set. Marcus is a Albert Pujols fan. He play baseball for the St. Louis Cardinals. So he got the Cardinals bed set. Last but not least Aron. He like the Philadelphia Eagles. So that is what he got. Here are a few pictures of them on their new beds.

Christmas Eve

We have Christmas Eve at my house every year. This year there was my dad, my two sisters Samantha(13) Alyssa(11) their mom Paula. My other sister Shoni & her boyfriend Anthony and his two sons Bradley & Blaise. My Aunt & Uncle stopped by with my cousin Eddie and his new wife Shana. We haven't seen Eddie for 4 years so it was nice to visit with him again. We had dinner which was ham, mashed potatoes, green been casserole and rolls. After some for the company left we let the kids open a few of their gifts. They were all excited and has so much fun. I just love seeing their faces when they open their gifts.

Standing corrected

I have to rephrase something I put in that last post. It his by far NOT MY salvation. It is thy or his salvation. If it were MY salvation then that would mean that I could do it on my own and there is no way that I can do salvation on my own.

"My” salvation means I do it myself. I earn my salvation. I have a right to my salvation. It is mine, and it’s all about me."

Merry Christmas

As the season is almost over it is truly a reason to always celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. Though Christmas may be over his birth is not. I will be forever grateful for the birth of his son and my salvation. Let us not never forget the real reason for the season.
