Time to move on

This is Rockie and Aron. Rockie is 90 years old. He has been such a insperation to Aron while playing ball for the past two years. Aron loves this guy. He's such a wonderful man. When I asked him if I could take a picture of him and Aron he was like sure and if you ever decided that you don't want him anymore let me know, I'll take him. He has been with team for years and with Aron for his sophmore year and junior year plus 1 year of summer ball. I had to get a picture of them because he is someone that Aron will never forget!

A few weeks ago Aron came to us and told us that he didn't want to play baseball anymore. He knows that he is good but not good enough for the Major league's. He is ready to move on. We are very supportive of his desicion.

I just can't believe the changes that are happening in his life. Ever since he gave his life to Christ he has really changed. Not that he was ever a "bad" kid but he is making the changes on his own. He has been out looking for a job and I am so proud of him for that. He is growing up. In just 4 short months he will be 18 years old and in 11months he will graduate from high school. Where has the time gone?

I can't wait to see what the future holds for him. We are so proud of the man that you are becoming. We love you!!

Aron - We are also proud of the young man you are turning into. Keep your eyes on Jesus and it will only get better!

We'll pray you find a good job.
